Our Story
The story of 3 GENERATIONS BBQ began over sixty years ago with my grandparents William & Elizabeth Hill at “Top Hat Barbeque”
As a little girl I have the fondest memories of watching my father firing up the pits. He had so much pride and love for the art of barbecue. While hearing the sound of the meat cleaver hitting the cutting board as my mother prepared orders
With the smell of barbeque in the air and watching people line up for “Big Jim’s” barbeque and Mrs. Dollies beans and sweet potato pie.
THESE ARE THE MEMORIES WHICH INSPIRES ME TO CONTINUE THE LEGACY.
